Pilates studio in Lisbon
We are a pilates studio, complete with all the equipment. We have classes for small groups and individual lessons.
We also offer group yoga classes and Yogatherapy.
As well as Pilates and Yoga, we offer consultations and treatments in Ayurvedic Medicine, Japanese Medicine, Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu and other therapies.
We are in the centre of Lisbon, 100 metres from Largo do Rato, at Rua do Salitre, 185 r/c right.

The teacher teaches and accompanies the students through the exercises in a 60-minute class.
Constant and regular practice will create greater mobility, strength, coordination and stretching in a harmonious way, resulting in better posture, body awareness and a stronger, healthier body.
